Default flushing engine

Hello All
I trying to run the engine on a hose to a bravo drive with a low water pick-up, but I can't get any water to the pump. Is there another way to run the engine on a hose or does anyone make a kit to install between the suction hose. Everything is new hoses are installed correctly and I checked to make sure nothing was plugged.
Thanks
Jeff

Eddie Marine flush kit. Tees in before the raw water pump.

Search oso
Perko Flush
and you’ll find many threads on how to use/modify one for proper/successful use.

Adding a sea strainer is a good investment. Makes flushing a breze.

you could always just unhook the hose from the inner transom and stuff the garden hose right down the hose straight to the pump....

I liked the idea of adding the strainer I also added a flush port to make it easier, still.
