I will when i get a minute, been dynoing those 2 whippled gen 7 8.1 this week I was telling you about, putting engine 2 on dyno today, ill try to see what scanner shows for timing under boost for you too but its probably conservative (whipple tunes). Thinking of building something from aluminum or do you 3d print on top of machining ?
Appreciate any info you can provide.
I have a printer, but I’m not sure the surface finish would be ideal for airflow. My intention was either aluminum or Delrin, but seeing what they are selling for on eBay, I can’t even buy the material for one. They seem to be fairly sought after. Would there be a market if someone were to make a few?

I agree. When I initially asked Smitty about sending me one, I didn’t realize they were so inexpensive. They must be a blow molded piece….?
That said, since they seem to be sought after, would they be marketable at a higher price if they are no longer available for $20?
Thanks. Brad.

What I'm not sure about is that if I have a larger intake port than a larger head port, the CSA will be driven by the port inside the head.
On the other hand, I don't know how bad the port mismatch can be. I've read several post on forums that in carburetor versions, the rect intake with oval heads didn't lose performance.
