Default Gimbal bearing driver

What do you guys use to drive in new gimbal bearings. Do I need to buy a tool or can i get by with somthing else?

some people use a large pipe coupler and reducer and pipe, I think 2" but not sure.

I bought the merc tool, the thing is to put the pressure on the outer race not the center.

Gimbal Bearing Driver

I used a 3/4" drive socket and a long extension
that I borrowed from work.
Don't remember what size socket.
