Anyone know where this goes? Found it under the oil pan. 502 MAG MPI

Isn't that a fuel filter cover? if so over your fuel filter.

Way down under the exhaust manifold on the right side(facing motor). It snaps over your fuel pump on the side.

No this one flat... The fuel filter cover is in place. I looked around but didn't see anything.

Got it on with a little help. Glad I looked though, cause my motor mount screw was half way off? Has that ever happened to anyone else? I cranked it back down tight. Should I be concerned?

Motor mount screw?
Do you mean the nut on top or below the big pin (bolt) so YES! dont just tighten the top nut down. Your motor is out of line.
If your talking about the bolts that go into the block, yes tighten them suckers up.
