As Falcon mentioned......
I replaced mine a couple yrs ago with an auto pump. Don't know what model it was for as I was just looking for the same return line bung location and profile. Never did find a match, so I just removed the pump from the housing from a new PS pump and reused my housing and also the large fitting that the pressure side hose hooks to so I would retain the same setup.
