LOL. I'll bite, how do you know?

I don't think I put more than 50 psi to her. I was concerned about the very thing I think you're going to tell me about.

Be careful not to break the drill bit off in the pickup tube. It is a real PITA to get out then.

Mine got packed with crap a couple of times last year. I took a piece of twisted picture hanging wire, about 1/16 inch stuff, and used it like a roto-router at the drive end. Then set the compressor at 25 lbs. and blew through the hose from the speedo side. Worked well.

I got a box of speedos with blown out brass bourdon tubes in them.

One in particular, a Teleflex 75mph unit, reads 30 mph at rest and wraps all the way around to the "peg" at zero at around 66 or so. Drips water like a mother.

Sure does impress your friends, though.. I'll rent it out for $5/month.

Seems reasonable enough. I'll keep that in mind.

Is there also another design of pickup for the Bravo? Mine is on the forward side of the drive a small plastic piece is inserted into the the platform of the drive then the tubing runs from there to the speedo. It does not have a hole in the drive for the pickup. The drive is a 2001 Bravo 1.36. Thanks
Brian
