Default trim tabs for my 90 baja 210 ess

i have no experience with trim tabs, but i was told to buy some off of ebay. what am i looking for. are the actuators for these tabs usually hydraulic, or electric. so do i need some sort of a pump or not?? there are complete systems on ebay, but i don't know what a system would consist of????

any input would be appreciated

Why were you told to get tabs. Is the boat not handling properly?

no, it handles fine, i just hate it when it leans because heavy people are on one side or the other, so i wanted tabs to make it level

It's cheaper just to politely ask the heavies to move. Also, torque from the prop can cause the boat to lean some. Ever lean when you're alone in the boat? My 23 does.

I'd recommend getting trim tabs. This is my first boat with trim tabs and I really like them. Great for balancing loads and bringing the bow down to cut through the chop. Plus you've got two more buttons to play with. If you're a tweaker you'll be entertained for hours. I do wish I had tab indicators on the dash though.

Don't know much about which ones to buy or how to install. I have bennett tabs. I do know that since you are drilling holes into hull below the waterline that you need to get the install right.
