I told you at the casino the only bottom you can mate with a trs upper is a #2 Lower which the parts are NA. If I am wrong some one please correct me.

I would say 550HP is about right.

I also have a good friend who "solid shim's" the bearing carrier on the right hand rotation drives. From his experience it has been the best way to keep the drives together.

The reason the drives blow is the bearing carrier get's pushed forward because there is a crush collar that is used to set bearing pre-load. When it is solid shimmed, there is no play. I gave it a shot, but it takes a lot of time to shim it properly to set the right pre-load. I got frushtrated and just rebuilt the drive to merc specs.
