I recently had my stock 454's replaced with re-manufactured 454's after a cracked block in one of the old ones.The problem I have now is the boat feels like it is filled with a ton of lead.I have checked everything I can think of.Any help would be great!

Are you sure there isn't water trapped in some hull compartment?

Not that stands out,but had that thought. I'm taking it monday to weigh it just to make sure.

perhasp it had say 454mags in it and you replaced them with 330s. That would account for sluggish performance

Check your timing, then worse think if you bought slugs...
