I originally painted this boat back in 82, and as far as I know, it's the only one that was built while Mike and Al owned the company, prior to their deaths. This is the boat that Mike and Al died in while screraming up the intercoastal in Fort Lauderdale in 83.

They were screaming down the intercoastal at night when a sportfishing boat pulled away from the dock without running lights. There were five of them on board, only two survived.

Life in the fast lane

Mostly to the upper deck of the cat, the other boat took the serious hit. Those were some serious mad real times. One day I'm custom painting boats and the next, I'm airbrushing t-shirts.

What ever happens with the new owner and boat. Thread just woke up again from 2004. Hopefully he didn’t pay mike and Al a visit. Seriously what ever happened with the purchase?

I replied to this thread because I was amazed that the boat was still around. The last time I saw that boat, it looked like the wreck of the Hysperous. Have to admit, it's odd that almost 20 years have passed since the last reply?
