Maybe the Board Gods should research the status of Mr Ridgeway's account on OSO as his obvious past of harassment of current and former AMF members in which litigation was threatened on the FaceBook forum. With Mr Ridgeway claiming that it is a legal matter, Offshore Only should not allow his constant harassment towards AMF, MISS Geico Racing, or any of its holdings and/or personnel until such claims of litigation are resolved.

My first date of use in interstate commerce for UNITED WE RACE was long before AMF came along and started using it to promote racing. According to the Lanham Trademark Act, I am entitled to federal registration of the mark, not AMF. By the way, I have already received threatening phone calls in regard to this issue... If anything happens to me, AMF OFFSHORE RACING / MISS GEICO will be number the one suspect.

Just another threat to AMF by Mr.Ridgeway.,a guy who does not understand the word "abandoned" or "dead" in relation to his now EXPIRED trademark .
If you do not renew it ....you lose it.
You lost it as of march 2009.
Haggin now has it.
If you do not agree,check with the government.

Check the trademark register yourself.

I have won a few trademark cases in court and can assure you that the Lanham act wont help you once your mark is classed as "ABANDONED" and "DEAD".

Don't sit by the phone waiting for Haggin to call.....you will be there for a long time as he has NO reason to contact you at all.

Unfortunately, since 9/11/01 I have been through this same scenario/dilemma many times with organizations much larger and powerful than AMF, including the United States Olympics, Asics, Madison SQ. Garden and the WNBA.... I have prevailed each time, as I will with this matter as well.
