I'm not denigrating offshore...merely responding to your "small boats running in circles" jab...which is not realistic...nor merited.

That was not meant to be a "jab"
I was a patrol boat for a Formula 1 race afew years ago and i enjoyed it
like i said
small boats going 145 plus in circle and was interesting race
Fact is
They were (1)small boats (2)going 145 mph plus
(3)Going around in a circle (kind of a square circle)
My point was that there was GREAT!!! 2 hours worth of coverage of the entire race whether in the back of the pack or the front
The show followed where ever the best racing was happening on the course
I also made comment on the go-carts and i thought that was interesting to watch as well (no jab to them either)
sorry you misunderstood I am for any racing that shows a good battle not just one that shows the first second and third place runners for a few minutes

T2X, Do you have any shots of him in Mayflower, Hooters, or the Shell boat. I only have 1 pic of him racing and 1 video. He was divorced when he died and I never knew his x and she has everything. I would love to get a few more pics
