If you decided to go West, Venetian or Skipper Buds/Marina Del Isle for inside storage.
I have racked at Channel Park Marina, Whiskey Island and Spitzer Marina in Lorain. What other have said about these facilities is dead on.
I'm currently at Skipper Buds, no complaints. The reason I continued to move West, gas prices. Once you experience the islands you are pretty much sold on the area. There is always something happening.

I appreciate all the feedback. I can always rely on this site for some good direction!
I think the West will be the answer as the family grows and in a few years. Currently with a new born, I wouldn't be able to get to the boat too often, and it being over an hour away and needing a place to stay when going that direction will only further my chances of getting some boating in.
I think I have a great list to look at once I get the family squared away in a house. Location of our house will drive some of the spots for the vessel.
Looking forward to seeing and meeting some of you guys on the water this summer! After spending the last five years between Lake Norman and Lake Lanier, it will be nice to get back to Erie.

Curious, what are the fuel price deltas that you are seeing?

Haha Danny's alright just gets a little stirred up! He's damn good at moving big boats around. I know your mom and him don't play we'll together. Shes funny as hell. I was at the boat show last sat night with Harris and ran into your pops. I think hes pumped for another season. I forgot to tell him Im coming back to the dark side for next season Cruisers for sale!

This area is very competitive for gas. Last summer I was paying around $3.50 a gallon.
