any tips on keeping the nav light open when underway?

The front pop up nav light has a bendable tap that keeps it shut and open. You can look in the anchor locker underneath it and bend it a little to give it more tension.it will make it hard to open. Mine will stay open but bounces when hitting waves.

I got the foam from Hustler, I cut it with a turkey knife, Ordered the vinyl from Hustler also, had a local shop sow it up with a zipper in the bottom, I wanted the same density of the seat cushions so it would sleep the same, Made the board out of 3/4 plywood,finished it.If I did it again I would order the materials from McLeod,and or maybe even get them to make it up. The center cushion makes it a pretty big bed,the board rides up front under the front v birth chushion.

I also had Mcleod make me some embrodierd throw pilows.

The inlet hose that goes between the transom and the water pump,the rear motor mount bolt head is close to the hose by the rear motor mount, It had rubbed a little hole in it and was spraying water every were.When i preplaced it,I cut a spare the same length if it did it again and also got this in line adapter if the hose got a hole,cut etc any other time so I wouldn't be down on a run,the clamps,hose, pipe union/barbed piece was cheap,something else to keep in the boat,ya never know:D

I had cleaned the interior so much I had bleached out the embroidery(Hustler) on the head rest,ocd:(And the rear seat bottom had a seam coming unsoed .This past winter I sent it all back to McLeod to get redone, I wanted it to be just like factory ,since there the one that supplied it to Hustler, I didn't trust any locall guys to do it right ,Stefanie McLeod was very helpful and I thought reasonable.Took About 3 weeks.
