The leak is very small (at a weld) and didn't notice it while on the dyno, but the cupronickel intercooler dripped between engine's dyno and installation into the boat. "LUCKILY", I decided to install fresh spark plugs before starting the engine in the boat and caught the problem. It could've been nasty if I had tried to start the engine, but no damage.
We shipped the intercooler yesterday and are expecting a new one by the weekend.
My philosophy with vendors is: stand behind your parts and work and if you don't there is always OSO for "sharing".

Sorry Dueclaws, can't tell you much about it. The picture is from a sales ad in a 1996 or '97 magazine. The ad says it was built as a 46 in '90, was SBR National High Points Champ in Superboat Cat Class in '94, powered by 4 672c.i.d. Ford 1000hp Kinetic Racing engines coupled to 2 ASD-10, top speed 140.
I was surprised to see it won a Championship in '94 because when I saw the boat in an OPT race in 91? on TV it was heavily damaged with enormous cracks running from the hatches down to the chines almost breaking in two right behind the cockpit.
If I remember it correctly it was diesel-powered back then.
