Finally, the shop completed the drives.

I told them to forgo the cosmetic items for now and took the boat to storage for make-ready.

I put the boat in the water and hung it in the slip about 3 weeks ago, but first we had the TMS IRL race event, then my wife was out of town on business, and then it rained all of this weekend: we haven't made any runs.
Go figure!
