Thinking about pulling the engnes to have the engine shop do a refresh. Not having any problems, but don't want any either.

Boat's in storage and haven't had the chance to get to the shop to have the engines pulled for inspection.

Hope to do it soon, but if not shouldn't be any problem.
No major issues to my knowledge. The shop that sealed the drives has offered to pull & inspect them at N/C!

I feel your pain. My transmissions are at Huber getting refreshed and my blowers are in Phoenix getting a winter refresh. I leaked the motors down and they were fine so I replaced the rocker arms on the starboard motor, seemed a little worn. I'll be greasing bearing and have purchased 8 new tires for the trailer. Purchase drive tires for the Kodiak and I should be ready for Desert Storm at Havasua. The things that we do to go boating! I can't wait for the weather to break and the fun to begin. Get that Jag in the water. Havasua this year? Take care. Doug

Doug
I feel yours too!

They still haven't started working on the Jag.
Not major work on the Jag (just cosmetic), but the shop is absolutely slammed and full of boats (6 of them cats).
Time to renew insurance too.
No Havasu for me unfortunately, but thanks for asking.

Hey guys,
Great posts! I grew up building these boats with my dad and I am really excited to see them still around and in good hands.
Thanks,

Hi John-
How's your Dad doing?
It was great doing business with him.

Getting a little rattled by the shop that has my boat: simple cosmetics and seal checks and still waiting for them to get my boat done.

John-
Did you notice that we changed the 40' to have a flat front deck and also moved the cockpit forward?
Mucho work in this project, but it's paid off with a very stable and fun boat!
