If you want just pull the seat bottom and take out the custom wood blocks. Its that easy. My wife and I are short but didnt want anything permanent, so I made some blocks just the right height. They come off really easy. take a look.

We took it for a ride today..i drove and throttled...dad ran the laptop...all i can say is you have a VERY fast boat...

Thanks, I figured with 13% slip you ran 119 @ 5800. Your dad said the tabs were in some and the drive down some. He said it could go faster for sure.... I think there is another 150hp from 5800-6400. some proping may be in order also. But he wated to make changes with he laptop so didnt ring it out. He said it was very stable.... I am comming tomorrow, I want to look at the GPS speedo to see whats wrong with it. I am bringing my hand held also, plus I want to install the hatch, and maybe the intercom. You didnt say how loud the blower was at speed... Must be loud. The hatch will help..

I had the tabs just scraping the water and the drive kicked up just a hair...boat ran nice n flat...and straight as an arrow. It felt like a cat at 110+

I am going out on the lake tomorrow, I have her home... I am taking my handheld GPS. I hit recal on the boat gps and it pegged @ 120. my hand held will tell us for sure...
