Rich Quandt owner it for a while until he pick up the 69' 27 Magnum that he restored a few years back. Sold it to my friend Don who really hasn't had the money to get it together. Not sure of the condition of the wood. I'll stop down and take a look at it this weekend.

I talked to Rich in Key West a few years ago about her, good to here she might get a second chance. I remember when Mike H was going the wrong way with her on the Cleveland race course around 1993, but she still rocked.
Andy do you remember a red Sedan Magnum in the Eastlake area called Sting Ray, around 1980 ?

Twin's??

You would think that it would run a lot faster than that if it had twins??

Are you running a shortie?

yes twins. not shorties just standard bravo ones. yes i thought it would run a little faster too but then again 89 is fast and real numbers. never really took the time to try and dial the boat in or fool with props and x dim.

89 mph in a 27' Magnum is really, really strong. That boat must acclerate like mad (my assumption). Could you post some pictures of this hot-rod?
