Your right, they are through bolted. Quite the challenge. Going to shop again Friday to try to figure out a way to get them off the boat.

I believe to get to the cleats thru bolts, you take out the lower side panel to so you can reach up in the gunals by the dash and foreward cabin bulkhead.

If you have the inside vinyl panel off,you should be able to reach it with an extension. Bud

Love how correct it is...the tall windshield is neat.

The project looks fantastic! I want to have my outdrives re-painted. Did you refinish them yourself?

A few more Pics. Outdrives just about complete and first fitting of new windshield. Also, lots of new chrome including the step pads, which turned out great. Once again can't thank my father enough for leading the project, could not be happening without him. Thanks bro!
