Surprised you’re having issues with the trim sync. Mine has been a fantastic upgrade. Can’t imagine running about with it now.
Could it be a preset programmed? Like if you hit the trim both button twice quickly the drives go to a preset. Or if previous owner programmed it to where drives were raised so high would drop to full in. Either way worth a call to Mike at MDC.

Maybe I should just get out of power boating , I have the worst fu cking luck.
Thought I did my homework, fresh engines from a local builder, build sheets , sea trial , survey, etc etc
and this still happens ..
Motor started to sound funny , clanking at idle and after replacing blower fluid (sounded like gear lash)and adjusting lash it broke at home on the hose. I guess Im lucky in that way, could have exploded at 5000rpm causing a ton more damage
Anyway, new parts will be here tomorrow. Billet flywheel instead of cast and a heavier duty dampner plate and ARP bolts.
5 broken bolts took an hour to dril thru and extrack but of course on one the easy out broke inside the hole ... that took 2 days of swearing and throwing things to fix, but thanx to IZOOM Mike and others that helped with some specialized cutting bits I got it out .
Thank you Nor-Tech for the nice opening , seems like it was made to take out the trans .

The blower gears are fine , I thought that was the noise but it was a loose fly wheel the entire time.
Not sure the cause .. bolts loosened up is my guess. Also cast flywheel for 1200hp? Not the best choice.. should be billet .
