Got it. Always something. Fresh rebuilds or need to be rebuilt….

Not that it makes you feel better but our first time out with our Donzi, bent a valve within .5hr. This is after I had sea trialed the thing at 100mph+, zero problems.

You’ll work out the gremlins and she’ll be good. Thats an awesome hull, no way around that.

Good thing you knew someone with experience grinding hardened materials.

Looking forward to seeing Bad Kitty getting wet again!

YES!!
I broke a hardened extractor in one of the bolt holes of course and everything I had was just polishing it not even making a dent.
Mike got me some pretty amazing bits that went thru it like butter and with the help of Izoom Mike I got em all out .

Ordered a Billet flywheel and better Dampner and had her back together in no time.

Thanx Mike!!

She`s going to Eddie Young soon for tuning .. this Mefi tuning is above my paygrade and I want this right before I start getting on it.
Eddie has been great at trying to help me.

The boat’s going to Eddie? You should fly him out to Chicago. I know he’s done some of that in the past. Maybe he needs more than his laptop.

Agreed,Lake Michigan temp wise i a lot different than Tenn lakes. I use Ben at Chief Offshore. He is Excellent with MEFI!. I own Mefiburn, Great for diagnosing when I'm on the lake.

We`re making a trip out of it , new place to explore and Nashville is 20 minutes away , we`ve never been.
Besides that Eddie had shoulder surgery and he`s busy, last thing I`d wanna do is fly to this dumbsterfire state.

CNC where is Ben At ?
