550's as it sits......... I guess the boat was built right before the 625's came out. Rumor has it ILMOR agreed to do the free upgrade (labor only) to whomever buys the boat.
As far as the top end...... With 625's, I would guess that boat somewhere in that window your talking about. Upper 90's maybe a shot at 100. The little time I spent in the boat, it seemed like a little weight front could help.
I know of a boat in Havasu with 750 Phaffs and it runs in the 110'ish range (so I've been told). I've seen the boat do 105.

The boat runs into a wall in the mid 90's in my opinion. It will take big torque to croos it. It takes more hp per mph to keep it going than it takes to get through the upper 80's.

Are they the naturally aspirated 598 Pfaff's?
Any further info/contact would be helpful...
Sounds encouraging to me
You live in a beautiful place. My wife and I were married there and stayed at the top of the resort in CDL. Also bought our first powerboat (Mirage) there from Skip at Specialty Sales (?).
Thanks,
Dave
