Those tie rod ends are prone to failure, see if you can get some stronger ones. As soon as there is any slop they should be replaced.
Good to hear it's an easy fix!

Any links/suggestions to stronger bar? I hopefully can use existing pins and housings on the drives and only replace the bar and clevis/tie rod ends!?! I just purchased a replacement stainless steel tie rod end from local speed shop. Waiting on delivery ...
