I think if you dont finish you out its not fair to the guy that races his butt off but brakes out but is there at the end. if we keep this rule the way it is you might as well do 1 lap pull in the in field say you have a problem and wait for the other racers to brake out. thats not racing.

How about class 5 and 6 start together... This would put all the single engine V's running together...
Class 5 still allowes up to 30' twin screws right??? Did I miss a change????

I liked the "no rule changes rule" from a while back. Been tryin to get my junk out there for a few years now but...

I really like the BIKINI BLONDE rule, anyone know where I can get me one!!!

I also like the start money thing till things get better, I bet that will help get teams to the races next year.

At most races people Don't break out. If you have 5 boats do one lap and pull in odds are you will finish 5th.

It's a gray area that will require a complex mathematical solution that no one from Jersey would understand.

Just leave it.

I disagree. Breaking out means you are disqualified. A DQ'd boat should be placed behind any other boat in the finishing order, no matter how many laps they completed.

How about class 5 and 6 start together, and run the same laps. This allows the fastest class 6 boats to race the slower class 5 boats. This would put all the single engine V's running together-kind of like the old days with Production , Modified and Sport running the same laps and racing each other-but being scored as seperate classes. Just a thought.
I disagree. The fastest class 6 boat can only go 70 MPH.
The slowest Class 5 would be capable of more than that. I don't think the class 5 guys want us in their way on starts, I for sure don't want to contend with them when I'm racing against the class 6 guys. Class 5 is the largest class already,
why change anything?
