By looking at his profile it's a single step. All the quads were after or in 2002 I believe. There's the one in Jersey (Joe D), yours, Maine (Tazz) and the purple one that was just wrecked.

Default facts

I used to own let's rock and it would run 116-7 with 4 blades without any issues. the most it needed was a little right tab.

you need to test in calm water and get comfortable at speed then start triming to max out

2002 is correct, I would really like to know happened to the purple one and hope no one was hurt.

Any seat time in a Quad Step? Not sure how different they are from a single but I'm sure it is quit a bit. I was running 17.5 33 4 blades and it was about the same, I think the boat got a little better with the 5 blades, both need a ton of tab around 110.

The single step boats will actually handle better above 110 than the quadstep, they just need more power to get there.

Thats what I'm thinking! So what is the answer to the Quad step bottom issues, OL and Activator both claim they can modify the hull, Very happy with the boat other wise.

I don't think there is an answer. 110 is it, when I want to go faster I get in my cat

Links are you doing the poker run this coming weekend. I saw your ride at Nauti goose this weekend . Looking good.
If you want to run faster than 110 safety buy a fountain
