Jo says they might be painting next week Also started the wiring

Hopefully I will have some more pics at the end of the week, won't be painted then, but to use Jo's words the dirty part is done, now it's all the rigging and so on.

I am excited.

Just so happens I have that week of the 4th off. So that might be an option.

I appreciate Jo keeping me up to date! After racing this weekend I would taken Monday off!

Wiring has begun, edge trim is in, port locker is in, starting to do the cooler and sink, looks like the k-plane holes are drilled and Pete said the transom should be cut this week.

Nice Progress

It's fun watching the boat being built.

I keep seeing the Viper motor in that engine room!

Day 74

Talked to Jo last wednesday and he indicated that they should start painting next week. Sounded like the cabin was about done. It's all white with Red light boards and red carpet. We also talked about instruments and I changed from Monster to regular Gaffrig Gauges with red bezels. By adding an oil temp and water pressure we needed some room (needed a boost gauge due to the blower). Jo thought the painting would take 2-2.5 weeks and he is pushing for 2. They were cutting the dash for the gauges.

Also sounded like the transom was cut with a 1" higher X to take advantage of the ITS standoff. Should have some updated pics next week.
