Well we found more rot than just my transom. Looks like another 79 pantera is getting restored in the near future. I'm studying this thread. Any pointers will be appreciated.

Boat looks good! What are you using for seats? I converted my 24 to full sit down race buckets so i have the drop out bolsters for sale in the swap shop and on craigslist in NJ if your interested..

Update on the 24-7:
I'm in the thick of the painting right now. It's coming along nicely but this stage takes FOREVER! I'm using all ppg "a" line product. All in all I have over 20 different containers of different ppg product.
