Zucker is te building owner. (Rent)

I believe Jo meant they owe nothing to suppliers associated with boat construction.

I've been on both ends of this with other companies and as a business owner (Rigging). If you haven't been in the business it is very hand and mouth. I feel for the Pantera crew and also for the people who are involved.

I'm sure it will all work out in the end with everyone getting what they were promised.

Just like my construction business, except my clients, suppliers, subs, and workers have never been on the short end. Me...I've taken a beating the past few years but my rep is in tact.

Default just another opinion

I have no dog in this hunt but just want to say that every failing family bussiness is also someone or in this case some family who had there american dream crushed. As JO said this is all his family "knows". I dont know about anybody else or what anyone else on here does for a living but I personally dont get pleasure from seeing other people lose there dreams or fail in life. That stands for anybody who works for a living and takes pride in there Trade or Personal Bussiness. Maybe we should just wish there family luck and if there are personal issues with Pantera then JO left his personal cell phone number and doesnt seem to be hiding from anything. Good luck to all hard working americans that read this post and we should maybe stick together? Oh thats right this country quit doing this years ago. The molds might become TOYOTA powerboats, then the powerboat industry will be just like the auto industry. Good luck to PANTERA a true AMERICAN classic.

So all the judgments against them over the years of taking peoples monies from hard working legititmate working class Americans who don't use the system to screw over others is good with you?
They belong in jail and you need moral guidance.

Another goof

Forget everything else on here......Berk is stiffed, the landlord is stiffed and these people are in court again doing the same thing that they have done more than once.

No assumptions needed.

Damn close to it!

Their record is atrocious! Not the first time they screwed people over. I will agree that it is sad that boat building is all they know and rely on for income. I can also say I know boat builders that have been hit hard by the economy yet they still can deliver a finished product with not much profit. The way Pantera conducts business is NOT excuseable...

Still running your mouth ZP'd? God you really are an idiot. A true OSO beat off.

Anyway... It is my opinion that when you have bills you can't afford, you sell every damn thing you have before filing bankruptcy or in the housing market, foreclosure. It should never be used as a 'business decision'... Debt is responsibility and filing bankruptcy without selling all of your toys and downsizing is downright bullchit.
