No one that has a Pantera has said they agree with what has or has not gone on. All anyone has said is they make a great boat and we would prefer that things get worked out and they can build from here, etc. We get chastised as if we are saying it would be okay to bilk someone out of money, etc. Others that do not have Panteras have said the same thing. I hope for the best for all parties involved. I know that is the wrong thing to say for the ones that want Pantera out of the business. That is fine. However, I've got news for ya, aint nothin you can do about it now. It is in the courts hands... and if there was any serious wrong doing, then I am sure the courts will deal with it.

Um, ok, that's just a dumb ass comment... the two aren't really comparable, but I am sure you will draw a comparison. I have a feeling you don't like me, and that hurts my feelings.

why dosent Pantera purchase the boat from Berk and cash him out.. they could purchase it themselves as personal and take the money either borrowed or loaned from an institute. then complete itas they make the bank payments and turn and sell the boat since it seems a vey popular size to sell and seems their might be a few buyers ready on here if it was turn key to go..... Then they just have the other they are filing BK on to worry about instead of keeping a persons deposits and moneys and BKing on him and basically stiffing him thru the courts....

You and others keep repeating the same thing.
" They build great boats "

That has absolutely nothing to do with the subject at hand. And shouldn't be their buy in to continue doing business .

" don't like you " ?
Bad conclusion
I don't even know you

Courtholl, there is no doubt Pantera makes great boats (man, I love that 36'). But let me ask you this question: Would you put down a big down payment and order a boat from Pantera today?

X-Driver, I am not in that situation, so really hard to answer. Knowing the build time is two years, prob not. But that is me. I also typically don't buy new boats.

Courtroll, put your money down for a deposit on Berks 28. At least the hull's built. In 2 years we will be seeing you start a thread on how Pantera took your money & screwed you! Wake up! For Christ sakes!

"It is too bad the financial side of the company was not run as well as the boats were constructed. The boats are some of the best products on the water. I hope someone is able to at least bring the product back, if not the company. Very sad times."

Another fiasco, guess what company this flag waver supported ?
