The pictures look great. I did not realize you were snapping shots. Thank you. It was great to be back at Lloyd's Creek. that was THE favorite place to stop for my father, he loved it there. He could bullsh*t about engines, mechanical stuff or whatever with the guys, and or girls there too.
Perfect example of how good the boaters at Lloyd's Creek are; you took pictures and posted them here, others helped me when I pulled in to anchor, tie-off, ect. Everytime I have been there every one has always been nice, helpful. And the memory of my father was talked about Sunday, people do genuinely care. Good people, good times, and we all like hot-rods. Good combination. And I like it there too.
Someone suggested to my Aunt who was in the boat, that we should name the boat; he suggested "Alan's Dream." It was my father's, Alan R. Jones, goal/dream to see this boat through to where it is today (just faster, but that is coming). That is a good suggestion.
Thanks,
Stephen
