If you need someone to drive that apache while you are there I'll be free that weekend
Thanks.

Tell me anything and everything I should know about boating in the area. About how shallow is the lake and river? How hard are the waters to navigate? What is the weather like? Bugs????? Any noise laws? Any hotels ON THE WATER with docks? Tell me the good AND the bad.

The lakes average about 8 - 15 feet. Navigation is easy, only tricky part is the mouth of the Tchefuntce River. Follow the bouy's in and you'll be fine. Weather will be hot and humid, mosquito's will be out after dark. No hotels on the water, you can leave the boat tied up at Charlies overnight though.

Texoma, if you're seriously contemplating making the run this year, give me a pm or email. May be able to help you out with some of the logistics.

Rob, you need to bring that '69 Camaro with you this year. I want to make a pass in that thing!!
