Perhaps make small extension hoses you can add that can be secured near the front of the engines. Capp them off, or use a shot-off valve and quick connector. Can then easily reach the ends and flush.

boat looks terrific. While you await your first splash, may want to have a clear windscreen produced. I have a smoked windscreen but always go with the clear. Much easier to see.
