We can get the plastic coated Parker ones in any length you need with straight or 90 ends. These are what is standard in most boats.

Hi Mark...The long steel-braid trim lines can be bought from: Henry's Engineering, 170 Bugeye Square, Princefrederick, MD., 20678-4113, Phone number: 410-535-3142 Ask for Henry or Pam Martin. Great quality, great service, at a great price. Anything else I can do, let me know.

Lightbulb EAO PushButton Switches

The answer to sticking EAO push-button switches is this: There are two small switch adjustment screws under the panel on the switches "mounting flange", that hold the switch square in the panel hole. They both must be adjusted exactly equally, or the housing pinches the plunger sleeve, distorting its shape, and thus their movement. Their other enemy is just plain grit in the sleeves. Hope this helps.

Contact Steve 1 on this forum. He knows the Powerplay hulls quite well.

If he cannot answer your question, he'll point you in the right direction.

The Deck is set over the hull with the lip on the deck , put some epoxy putty in between it and clamp it down .
Then screw it toghether and class 2-3 layers of fiberglass inside. (stripes,.....start with 6 ,then 9, then 12 inch wide)
atach rubrail ,done.

Atleast, thats how mine was.
