My guess would be the 28 would run around 72-75 mph(fuel load people etc)with a labbed bravo prop,now with some serious tweaking extension boxes,herring 5-6 blade,bottom work,weight distribution etc,the boat could easily go in the 80s,as long as the boat wasn't laid up to heavy.My .02,good luck with your boat,Powerplays are awesome boats have owned several 33,you will love the ride
