Powerplay 38 Hull Lamination Setup Pedro is getting the Pressure fed roller together (it is taken apart when not used) the guys have placed a cardboard walkway on the side and behind the mold there is a pallet of cut fabric and in 15 minutes we start.

hey Steve those rollers you have, where is the catylist mixed at? How much maintenance are there on those and do you know of any for sale? So thats whats preferred over a wet out gun huh. cool stuff.

There is a trick to maintaining them, we would break it down and keep their lube on problem areas,You have three lines coming to the Block ,Resin , Mekp and Acetone then the valves,check valves and a long static mixer which went on the roller assembly .This style was superseded,

on the new systems a roller wand screws on the Gun, I had those overseas. I was using Venus "80" Guns in those days

Nothing beats a pressure fed roller in the right hands. Pedro has the block and static mixer ready to connect to the roller Via a quick disconnect fitting.

By Now yes!! For sure But one step at a time, Dan was doing a lot of Bagging there and the old Airex race boats were all up bagged.
