Steve, in simple terms is this the order the layup went?
1. Clean/wax mold 2. gelcoat 3. Glass/resin 4. corebond (putty) 5. core material 6. vacuum bag 7. glass/resin Ready for stringers/bulkheads I guess I always assumed the vacuum bagging was used on glass/resin, but it appears it is used on the coring. Does the vacuum draw the paste material up through the core? Thanks, Darren Here you can see the Corebond paste coming through the Perforations. http://i29.tinypic.com/erd6k0.jpg |

I'd say his meticulous eye created some of the best lines on any performance boat out there! Classic S Fl looks.:drink:
One night I was spraying the last coat of Duratec on that late and in those days used a #7 Binks was fogging that stuff on,heard the Porsche come ripping across the parking lot in first gear stop right in front of my door and the windshield wipers crunch from the heavy over-spray on the glass. |

That Deck came out of Dans head, there were no drawings not one, trust me when I say it is exactly what he wanted when done.
