Kevin Hirdes sold in May 2001 to Jack Moll and his investers. It didn't take long for the ship to start sinking after that. I heard Jack was trying to get out already in 2003.

I did work there - quit in 2003 when I heard from a couple sources that I trusted that Jack was trying to sell. Along with that, I saw some very poor decisions being made that I did not feel were in the best interest of the company.

I wish Phil and his staff the best of luck getting the place going again.

I hadn't heard that. The constraint so far on the F4 has not been demand, rather how fast they can push one through the manufacturing process.
