I have the same system that BillR described in the old thread you posted a link to. Probably the same as yours.

Vac and holding tank located under the throttles. Water is supplied by the fresh water tank/pump so be careful when using bleach in your water tank.

I have a 03 legend that I just bought and I'm trying to figure out the plumbing in the cabin. The small area where the sanipottie goes is currently being used to store a fender but that little compartment smells awful. There is a 2" ribbed hose that leads up to the bow - I'm assuming this is the flush port. There is also garden hose with a female end. Is this a vent hose? How do I get the smell gone? No weekender package, just setup for portapottie. Thanks.

yep the small hose is the vent which vents out in the front kind of where the docking lights would be..

you sure you dont have any old water sitting in any of the storage compartments?without a porta pottie there I dont know why it would smell
