When I pulled up, they had a 38 sitting outside they just picked up also. Made a few other stops and then headed to Grand Sport. I guess shame on me I should "phone first". There website says open til 5. I pull up at 3:30 and all locked up. sign on door close at 3.

Oh well, at least it was not as bad as driving to florida to buy a boat and come back empty....Sorry Boatnt... had to throw the jab. LOL

the 2002 at shogren? how was it? im talking to them right now about the boat but im 18 hours away.
any info would be great!!

The one you were looking at is at Cumberland Marine. This one was at Shogrens. It is fresh inventory for them.

AJ POWERPLAY 04-18-2011 07:00 PM

Nice shape for a 02. Very well equipped. I didnt spend much time inspecting things.
Kind of lost the boating mojo driving around Saturday in the snow watching the gas prices rise. Hopefully some warm weather shows up soon to turn things back around for me!

500s. the red, black, silver and blue. Not sure what you actually call the graphic package. If the 34 was that color scheme, I would really be excited about it. Cool looking boat.

AJ POWERPLAY 04-18-2011 07:18 PM

Any idea what they were asking or did they just receive it

I hear ya. All the same on the water. My problem is parking. The 28 fits great. The 34, I would have to move the fence a little. The 38...my neighbors would not appreciate the lawn ornament! LOL

upon reviewing everything all the sunsation guys had to say about tow rigs... I have decided that towing any boat over 20 feet with anything less than a peterbilt semi is reckless endangerment of lives. I will however keep my half ton around to haul the inflatable... and since it has the tow package and stiffer suspension maybe even haul 288KID's girlfriend around

THE 288 KID 04-18-2011 11:44 PM

I think my 3500 will haul my "girlfriend" fine. If I had one... surely id never rely on a 1500 for anything more than going to and from work in the winter with. :grinser010:

POWERPLAY J 04-19-2011 07:00 AM

My old 1500 pulled the PP quite nice and its bigger than a 32. The Sun thread is great! Guess I gotta sell the 2500 and get a Mack.

POWERPLAY J 04-19-2011 07:03 AM

btw will all you IL people keep your snow and freezing rain there? Us Detroiters want spring already:lolhit:

No don't sell the 2500, it is a huge jump up from the cavilac you were pulling it with:party-smiley-004:

THE 288 KID 04-19-2011 09:34 AM

I like that Sunsation thread! That one guy gave me props saying I was prolly the only one on there that could get my boat panic stopped while towing! Little did he know of the 6" lift and bigger tires....

288 kid 1 - Sunsation guys with weak tow rigs 0
