The plant almost looks like they walked away for coffee break...like it could start right up again. Really wish someone would buy all of it and make it happen again. 120 pictures; sad way to 'tour' the operation!

I've been working with the broker for over a year but he was stuck at $400k just for four models. Way too high in this market. If someone has any "ins" I'd be interested in moving across state and get the old girl running again.

Totally sad. Been meaning to make the trip over this summer and had just assumed it was a vacant building with some molds sitting around. Could not imagine after two years all of this stuff is still there.

Man I knew I should have been saving up lol I will be there for sure.

Hard to believe those 525's, ITS's and #6's haven't grown legs and disappeared!!!
Wasn't land, building and all stock for sale a couple of years ago for something like 1.4 m?
Such a shame to see it go like this.
There's a couple of boats that seem to be near completion in there as well......

That's pretty amazing to see everything still sitting there like that. It does look like they could just start up production again. Sad to see it all go and another Michigan manufacturer get pieced out

apache, sutphen and the 38 in process which include the 525's,its,and xr all had leins againt them when I worked for phil, all by different banks. I queston if miedima can convey clear title to them. Some of the pictures have my interior for my cig in them (which is at my shop now) over 8 mos ago.
sutphen was fred's from trick motors sold at the other auction, apache is octavian

I had a feeling the pictures I was looking at did not convey an accurate description of contents.....
