Balancing Question

I Have Made Perfect Balancing Arbors To Check My Props. I Want To Tig Weld Inside The Back Of Hub Area To Fine Tune Prop To Balance. i Do Not Want To Thin Blades Only Add Weight. Will This Work?? please Anwser Only If You Know No Suggestions I Can't Make Any Mistakes!! Ron Bender

One issue you will experience is, weight close to the centerline, meaning the prop shaft, has to be greater due to the small affect it carries. Further from the center line makes a larger difference in smaller quantities. Minor thinning won't compromise the blades integrity.
