The TRS cleavers actually had a exhaust tube. They were not over the hub like this prop.

It could be made to run if the diameter and thickness were modified to todays technology!
The guy I got them from had them on TRS drives said I should try them????? I dont think I will..So they are not worth much ???

They will run on TRS, Bravo, Alpha, and OB gear cases. Trying them won't hurt. You have counter gear cases?

They aren't worth much as it stand there. However, Labbed to a special recipe could make them run pretty good on a OB cat or the right stern drive tunnel.

You are right Brett, But there was differences between the TRS Cleaver(through hub) that you mentioned and the TRS Sport Cleaver(overhub) that I am pretty sure was pictured. I did not think that a 16 diameter would fit in many outboard applications, The max for the ob props is usually 15"

The K series props for OB's were made in large diameters originally. The original props I was talking about had a KA on the top of one blade but often got removed during production grinding. I am going to check some old part numbers tomorrow. Your right that 15" is the normal offered size on OB cleavers. We do offer 15.75" cleavers in3 blade 34's. (special order) We don't advertise them. The old OB K series were offered at 16" but were slightly smaller.

Need to know more about the boat, drives, x-dimension and engine displacement to even give a rough guesstimate.

I gave a call to one of my old friends and mentors. Bob Hetzel. He was the director of Mercy Hi Perf Hydrodynamics for 46 years. He retired 2 years ago. I wanted to make sure I wasn't forgeting a overhub TRS cleaver. He couldn't remember one either. We talked about the Kiekhaefer series OB cleavers they made for awhile till the Mercury ones blew them away. So I believe this to be that. They did play with diameters. You'd be hard pressed to fit 16" on a TRS drive.

What props are you running now? that may help in trying to figure out if they might be close to working. In the mid 80's I did a lot of work on several scarab II's everything from stock 330's to some twin turbo rides. I hate to disagree with you brett but I had a TRS boat and I could fit 16.5's on and still had a fingers with between the cav plate.
