Default Prop testing done...need more info....

With the help of Brett at BBlades I have tested these props with this as the results.....
Maximus 50MPH at 4000RPM 76MPH at 5600RPM WOT 24P
Bravo 1 40MPH at 4000RPM 78MPH at 5700RPM WOT 26P
Rev 4 45MPH at 4000RPM 78MPH at 5900RPM held back due to RPMS (slightly on trimming) 24P

I have the Bravo1 as my every day prop....

For this boat, 28' Magic deck (cat)with the Ilmor 625 and shorty TCM drive I should be seeing close to 90.

My question is anyone have any input to other props to try?

BTW: I HIGHLY reccommend BBlades!!! Brett has been EXTREMELY helpfull!!!

Really would like to try a Hydromotive six blade..... just not sure if the pitch is too tall, I think they start at 28P. Labbed? Way labbed??
I appreciate any comments.... well.....

Hey Majic Man! Thanks for the nice words.

Hey everybody else, check out the cruise speed with the Maximus!!

Lab the Max and get more top speed and still keep the best cruise.

I can't help with a loan on the Hydro. I think it worth a try but will fall short of the Labbed Max.

Take care.

I don't think you'll see 90 with that boat and power. A local guy has a procharged 496mag and was seeing 80-85mph. Don't kow what prop he was running.
