Default 30 Velocity with blown 800's

Just picked up a 1987 30 Velocity with TRS's and no props. Has twin 800's.The boat was a bank repo and no owner ID to call. Where should I start. 3 or 4 blade, pitch?

This Velocity that I have just purchased has TRS lowers, both grenaded. The uppers look thicker than TRS's. They have 2 one inch holes near the gear case on the top. Are they speedmaster uppers or are speedmaster uppers the same as TRS uppers?
