Agreed. Scale one up to Cruise Ship or Container Ship size and see if the efficiency is there. Forget lake boats, go for the commercial applications.

Seems Yamaha is on board also and will give Sharrow good visibility. My opinion (with zero personnel experience) is that they likely do perform better in almost every aspect except for top speed. How much better? I don't know and obviously as already stated thats only in certain applications.

This was recommended in my youtube. Kinda cool to see and not a commercial for props, more a machining channel, but shows the amount of work going into these.

Agreed.

These props are aimed at the outboard charter fishing boats that put a ton of hours on the engines every year. They're the ones who will see the most of a return on buying the props. Probably why they teamed up with Yamaha.

Came across this thread and the price seems more reasonable after hearing the process of ordering the props from someone first hand and seeing how they're machined.
