All the layers are labeled, that is 1.5 oz csm (chop strand mat) between the wood

Thanks for all help Dave. Really appreciate it. I think I might go with the 3 layers of half inch vs. the 2 layers of 3/4. I dont think the cost would be that much more compared to more strength.

Ok so I took a lot of time off from this project. Back on it now. I am going to order from us composites. How much of each product do I need to order to finish this project?

I just finished the glass work in my Seebold. I did transom, engine stringers, engine bulkhead, cabin stringers and the floor. I used 50 yards of 12 inch 1708 tabbing cloth, 20 yards of chop strand, 18 yards of 1708 50" wide, 5 gallons of cabosil (resin thickener) 4 pounds of 1/4" chop strand fibers, and 20 gallons of Poly resin. I got all my stuff from www.uscomposites.com. That seemed to be the cheapest place for all the materials. Shipping is rrreally expensive on this stuff though.

I probably used at least 15 gallons for the engine stringers, transom and cabin stringers. Alot of resin goes into making the thickened resin. 1708 also soaks up a ton of resin.
