Awesome project, I have restored an 83 260 and an 89 315. They are great boats. The 260 needs tabs when going fast but it will be interesting to see how this one handles on the single. Will def follow this build.

I have a few boxes of odds and ends, all original CC switches, latches, labels, logos, port windows, etc, if you need anything shoot me a message.

2 of the ports are cracked, Dont know if these could be fixed to last?

Original solid aluminum Rub Rail is In bad shape and have to be replaced, looking for options. Really liked the Look of this taco metals rail that was In my old chris craft limited but it is not cheap.

I had side windows that cracked just like that on a 87 Mirage I restored a few years ago. I found the Beckson Marine PF100SB windows were a direct replacement for the hole size. They look a little more modern though than the originals.

Barbour Plastics is another option for rub rails.
