Dan - is this the page you are referring to? I noticed step 11 states the trim indicator should be able to go from 0 to 12 degrees down. Do the drives truly have no positive trim? I realize that a significant amount of positive trim would be pointless but I would think 2-3 degrees? Maybe not!

Yes that the mounting instructions but that still has positive trim they just want the indicator to read what they want as max trim under way and then trailer mode. This is the factory indicator panel from my 311 formula.

So any idea how much the drives can trim up? Is it something like 25% up from 0 and 75% down or is it 50/50?

If I remember correct neutral trim to the boat is max running trim. From what Kaama wanted as max trim. If you mount the ram where the drawing shows it sets the drive angles. when I put the new batteries in my boat I will trim up to the max mark and let you know should be later today.

Batteries were already in the boat and yes level with the bottom is max trim on the panel. Witch Indicator panel do you have in your boat is it the bluewater panel 5 x 6 in I have an original kaama card for a Bluewater panel.

My stuff is all custom! I am building my own digital trim! So max trim is level but the cylinder still has a little bit of travel to pull the drives up a bit? So maybe 2-3 degrees?

Here is the prototype design, the finished version has a few more bells and whistles. I bet I have the only 80's boat with an arduino micro controller in it!
