This just answered 20 questions about my slow starboard trim pump. Looks like a new set of brushes are necessary.

Shoot, for $53 it isn't worth my time to find brushes, solder install and hope the armature is still good. A new motor should be on the way.

Teflon strips come out pretty easy when the rotors and strips heated with a heat gun. They also go back in pretty easy. I also looked at my pulley assortment.

This will hopefully be my next major upgrade in like 5 years after I get mine converted to kaama's. Can't wait to see and hear yours run!

I'm rebuilding these to maybe install later in the summer. To be honest I'm scared to put them on. I know I just changed my engines to accommodate the blowers, but I have an uneasy feeling about them.

Your Kaama project is looking to be a big undertaking. You going to be on the water this season?

No water this season! tons of work that just can't be done before spring! I will beat up on the jet this summer!

The blowers will be nice! Keep the boost low to start and you should be fine. You still gonna run the TRS? What are you looking at for HP with the blowers?

Thank you for your great insight, contributions and wealth of knowledge you have added to my thread! I will definitely highlight your post and make sure to add it to my favorites. With the perseverance and dedication you have shown, I'm sure when you finish your next project (I assume the Executioner) that will be a great looking stable of boats next to the Panther. Please make sure you pass your talents along and keep encouraging everyone you can.
Thanks,
Jason
